What You'll Do: Huntress is seeking to expand our procurement team with the addition of a Procurement Specialist. As the Procurement Specialist, you'll join forces with the Procurement Manager to fortify Huntress's procurement processes, identify gaps, and use data to tell our story, all while championing operational efficiency, strategy, and ironclad cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute all requisition activities in our Procurement platform (Zip) for critical indirect spend categories, including Events, Marketing Expenses, and Consulting services. • Responsible for ongoing master data management and data quality assurance within the Procurement system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical records (e.g., supplier information, catalog items, and contract data). • Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders (contract owners) to develop a strategic approach for all upcoming contract renewals. • Negotiate to identify and deliver savings to the organization; maintain product quality standards, and focus on reducing costs • Make decisions with integrity that align with the organization's code of conduct and financial best interests • Work collaboratively with legal, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure company policies and best practices are followed What You Bring To The Team: • 1+ year experience in procurement record management, requisition/PO processing, RFP process • Experience working with procurement and vendor management systems (Zip, preferred) • Ability to exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize a diverse workload. • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with business stakeholders of all levels • Operates with a proactive, self-starting mentality What We Offer: • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015 • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays • 12 weeks of paid parental leave • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution • Life and Disability insurance plans • Stock options for all full-time employees • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
