Job Title: Product Analyst with Healthcare experience Remote Rate: $50 on C2C Job Duties & Responsibilities As a Product Analyst, you will support the product development lifecycle by collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in product management and contribute to delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to help define feature requirements and user stories. • Assist in documenting and organizing bugs and enhancement requests; escalate prioritization needs to the Product Owner. • Support coordination across teams to ensure visibility and alignment on shared dependencies. • Help identify potential blockers and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution. • Participate in feasibility discussions and help communicate capacity constraints to stakeholders. • Work with appropriate teams to ensure proper testing, validation, and documentation for releases. • Assist in communicating release schedules and deployment updates to relevant stakeholders. • Join post-release retrospectives to capture learnings and suggest improvements. • Regularly share updates on progress, risks, and blockers with the team. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the product team. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field-or equivalent experience. • Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Rally). • Basic understanding of software development and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. • Certification such as PMP or CSPO is a plus. Apply tot his job
