We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager III to lead AI and data-driven product initiatives in a fast-paced financial services and fintech environment. Accountabilities • Own the full product lifecycle for AI and data initiatives, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. • Advocate for customer needs using research, feedback, and data to prioritize product features and enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, operations) to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant products. • Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to product development, using experimentation, A/B testing, and data insights to validate ideas and optimize performance. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product performance, user experience, and internal workflows. • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by synthesizing insights from market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics. • Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate ideas, resolve issues, and build transparency and trust. • Navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating initiative and driving ideas forward. Requirements • 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or management consulting with a focus on product and data. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and bias toward action. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment. • Demonstrated success in translating product strategy into clear execution plans, including requirements, prioritization, and go-to-market coordination. • Exposure to hypothesis-driven product development, A/B testing, and agile methodologies. • Commercially minded, understanding financial and business levers impacting product decisions. • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-moving environments with ambiguity and competing priorities. • Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure. • Familiarity with Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, or blockchain is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
