Project Coordinator - AI Enablement

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing AI governance and enablement programs, supporting the Program Manager, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI governance and enablement program meets business and customer needs Support Program Manager in the facilitation of our AI Intake process, a key pillar of the overall AI governance framework Provide regular reporting on use cases within the AI Intake process to business owners as well as AI governance program leadership Assist in transition to new AI governance tool, support implementation of process changes required based on transition Support Program Manager in establishing monitoring to ensure AI use case compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienced required Basic understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Excellent project coordination/project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision) Disability and group term life insurance Health and flexible spending accounts Utilization bonus 401(k) with match Flexible time off for salaried employees Parental leave for salaried employees Flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) Company Overview Founded in tandem with Turnberry Solutions, Crew serves as an innovative talent development program for both Turnberry and our clients by focusing exclusively on high-performing early-career consultants.
