They are seeking a Property Specialist to serve as a frontline liaison, manage the leasing process, and oversee property operations to ensure resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets Lead administration of services Collect payments Inspect the property Facilitate resident moves Skills 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field High school diploma or equivalent Proficient with MS Office Well-developed oral and written communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills Highly organized with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations SAP knowledge is an asset Benefits Paid Vacation Flexible Health, Dental & Vision Benefits Employee Savings Plan Employee & Family Assistance Plan Learning & Professional Development Company Overview The Best Place to Live, Work and Invest.
