QA Engineer - Salesforce

QA Engineer Compensation: DOE The QA Engineer works in an Agile environment with developers and a BA to ensure that we are delivering high-quality software that meets the requirements specified by our Product Owner and our user community. PROJECT INFORMATION: This position will be supporting the Salesforce SOX redesign effort impacting our CCaaS and CRC platforms. The project involves the migration from CX SVC to CIT connectors and aligns with our broader AI initiatives. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements. • Test Case Design: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts. • Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications. • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. • End-to-End Testing: Perform End-to-end testing across many systems in our environment including SaaS systems, Websites and Databases. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively. • Experience writing and modifying SQL queries. • Experience using Postman and SoapUI to test API functionality. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results. • High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately. • Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies, including test management systems, version control, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience testing Salesforce • Experience with Automation technologies like Cucumber and Selenium We look forward to reviewing your application.
