As a core member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams. Job Summary: Quality Leader - Operations As a Quality Leader - Operations, you will report to the VP of Patient Experience and be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions across our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement quality management systems that drive continuous improvement, enhance patient experience, and ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Oversee and manage quality assurance functions across internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives Analyze data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve errors and issues, and implement corrective actions Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy, fulfillment, and patient advocacy teams Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive quality excellence Requirements: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in quality management in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (preferred but not required) Proven track record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of pharmacy processing, quality assurance principles, and customer service best practices Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Willingness to learn and understand operational workflows to quickly determine root cause Team player with a collaborative and patient-centric mindset Preferred Qualifications: Certification in quality management (Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ) Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Joint Commission standards Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools What We Offer: A Ground Floor Opportunity By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to: Be part of a fast-growing health-tech startup with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction Work in a fully remote environment with a flexible work schedule Enjoy a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience Receive full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Participate in a 401(k) contribution opportunity Develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment Our Culture: Collaborative, Patient-Centric, and Innovative At Phil, we value: Collaboration and teamwork Patient-centricity and empathy Innovation and creativity Diversity and inclusion Continuous learning and growth Why Join Us?
