React Native Engineer
Company Description We are looking for a React Native Engineer with strong communication skills in English and a proactive mindset to join our mobile team and help us build the next generation of the Autohero mobile app . You’ll work on a modern, well-maintained codebase, influence technical decisions, and shape the user experience for thousands of customers across Europe. Job Description Design, develop, and maintain features in our React Native app for iOS and Android Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver user value Own core parts of the app architecture , ensuring long-term performance and maintainability Improve app speed, reliability, and UX through best practices and performance tuning Participate in code reviews , architecture discussions, and mentor fellow engineers Drive technical decisions and help improve team workflows and mobile engineering culture Qualifications 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript 3+ years of production experience with React Native Solid understanding of mobile development best practices : navigation, animations, performance Experience with state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand) and server state handling with React Query Familiarity with debugging tools, testing (unit/integration), and mobile release processes Bonus: experience with native modules, CI/CD , and app store deployment Additional Information A fully remote position with flexible working hours 30 vacation days annually A personal learning budget for books, courses, or conferences Modern tech stack and well-established development standards Clear and regular feedback cycles An open-minded, experienced team that values clean code, collaboration, and product quality Learn more about how we work: Contact Marija Dimitrova At AUTO1 Group we live an open culture, believe in direct communication, and value diversity.
