Professional Requirements: • Direct Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of success in a high-stakes, commission-based sales environment (Real Estate, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred). • Advanced Communication: Exceptional ability to build rapport and exercise emotional intelligence when dealing with sellers in high-stress situations. • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify "win-win" scenarios in complex negotiations. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Podio) and remote collaboration tools. • Self-Governance: Ability to maintain high productivity and hit acquisition quotas in a fully remote environment.
