Please visit www.zorgworld.org for more information. Role Description This is a remote role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant in real estate. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying and selling real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals on behalf of clients. The role also involves staying up to date with the real estate market trends and maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process. You will be responsible for identifying off-market distressed properties, residential or commercial properties (mainly hotels and multi-family buildings), conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisition and closing process from start to finish. We sell only off-market properties that include land, SFH, multi-family and commercial. We do not post the listings on MLS. We use effective email marketing strategies to market the properties to our pool of selected domestic and international buyers.
