Media Buyer – Paid SocialThis role will be pivotal in driving success across paid social channels by executing and optimizing high-performance paid media strategies. As a key player, you will execute on paid social strategies, analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. You will stay up-to-date on the latest channel features and trends, manage performance analytics, and support the broader marketing team with insights and recommendations to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as media buyer for campaigns across paid social channels (such as Meta, X, Reddit, Tik Tok, and Pinterest) managing a portfolio of high-growth accountsTest and refine media strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency, leveraging data-driven insightsAnalyze performance data to identify patterns, optimization opportunities, and scalable strategiesMonitor industry trends, new platform features, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns reflect the latest best practicesDevelop biweekly performance reports, distilling key insights and actionable recommendations and optimizationsServe as an expert on media buying, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and optimization leversPull key performance data to support strategic planning and forecasting across the agencySupport the sales process by executing detailed audits of prospective clients’ paid social accountsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience managing paid social campaignsDeep expertise in Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest Ads Managers, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative formatsStrong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to drive strategic decisionsExperience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative optimizationProficiency in campaign management tools and reporting platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present insights to both internal and external stakeholdersA passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and adapting strategies to reflect new platform capabilitiesCompensationCompetitive salaryHealthcare401kUnlimited PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
