The role involves leading Release Management efforts, focusing on deployment pipeline automation and improving release planning and process efficiency through automation. Responsibilities Lead Release Management/Engineering efforts, with a focus on deployment pipeline automation Assist with improving release planning, execution, and process efficiency through automation Contribute to quality engineering integration within release processes, including audit execution and governance activities Skills Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2026 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Computer Science Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as JIRA Service Management or ServiceNow, and Confluence Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with the ITIL v4 Service Management framework Scripting experience in Python or a similar programming language Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with DevOps and source code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) Benefits Fun engagement and networking opportunities across the organization Career development experience and training throughout the program Meaningful work projects that will allow you to leave your mark at a multi-national multi-billion-dollar organization (excellent resume builders) Company Overview Brother is a premier provider of home, home office, and business products, industrial solutions that revolutionize the way live and work.
