They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, maintain records, and ensure timely processing while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Review and ensure proper GL coding for vendor invoices Assist with onboarding and setup of new vendors and acquired firms Maintain vendor records and process changes such as address and banking information Ensure timely handling of vendor invoices and manage approvals in accordance with policy Provide excellent customer service to vendors and assist with inquiries Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Coupa AP system or similar accounting software Strong desire to build a career in Accounts Payable or Finance Proficiency in web-based applications Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits Performance-based incentives available Competitive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with match Company Overview HomeHealthFocus.ai is an innovative data platform that tracks and analyzes critical information from home care, hospice, and senior living companies across the United States.
