The role – Remote Appointment Setter (W2 + Commission) As a Remote Appointment Setter, you’ll handle inbound and follow-up calls from homeowners who’ve raised their hand about projects like new windows, roofing, or bath remodels. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: • Qualify the homeowner against clear criteria. • Educate & schedule a design/sales appointment that fits our client’s rules. • Protect the calendar so appointments are real, confirmed, and likely to run. • You’ll work from home, on a W2 basis, inside a clear playbook with live coaching, QA, and detailed performance stats. What you’ll do day‑to‑day • Call and text warm leads from web forms, TV, and other channels. • Follow structured scripts and flows (no hard closes; you’re booking time, not selling a contract). • Ask qualifying questions about the property, decision makers, and timelines. • Use our systems to book, confirm, and document appointments accurately. • Hit clear targets for: calls handled, talk time, and Qualified Appointments set. • Take coaching, listen to call recordings, and improve a little every week. How pay works This is a W2 role with a clear ramp, then pure commission: • Weeks 1–3: Paid training at $16/hour (remote). • Weeks 4–8: $600/week ramp guarantee, tied to minimum hours + basic performance. • Week 9 and beyond: 100% commission per Qualified Appointment you set, with no cap. Top performers can significantly out‑earn their ramp pay — we’ll walk through the exact commission plan in the interview process. If you want “just an hourly job,” this isn’t it. Schedule & expectations • Remote, work‑from‑home role. • Expect 30–40 hours/week, including at least one evening and one weekend block (because that’s when homeowners pick up). • You must be comfortable on the phone for several hours per day, with all calls recorded for quality and compliance. You’ll thrive here if… • You like clear targets and seeing your stats. • You’ve done retail, hospitality, call center, phone sales, or door‑to‑door and want a more focused path with upside. • You stay positive when leads say “not now” and can move on to the next one. • You’re coachable, open to feedback, and willing to practice scripts. • You actually want a career in sales, not just “a remote job.” Minimum requirements • You live in one of these states: MS, AL, LA, TX, FL, GA, TN, OK, AR, SC, NC (or are moving to one in the next 30 days). • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • Quiet, private workspace at home. • Reliable high‑speed internet and a modern computer (we’ll test this). • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as part of your schedule. • Comfortable with your calls being recorded and monitored for training and compliance. Nice to have • Experience in: appointment setting, inside sales, call center, door‑to‑door (solar, pest, alarms, home services, etc.). • Track record of hitting or beating targets (sales, sports, school, side hustle).
