The Business Operations Support Specialist will assist in day-to-day operations and special projects across various teams, primarily in project management and human resources activities. Responsibilities Assist in the performance of day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned across CHP teams with a primary focus on project management support and human resources activities Responsibilities may include creating PowerPoint presentation material, coordinating across teams to manage the preparation of internal and external deliverables, supporting the contracts team, creating surveys, benefits administration, new hire onboarding and similar duties The individual will partner with functional area managers to execute annual corporate and departmental goals Comply with all information privacy and security policies as specified in the “Consortium Health Plans Information Privacy & Security Policy Manual” Skills Bachelor's degree in business or other related field; experience in lieu of degree may be considered Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot) Project management experience of multiple workstreams Business operations experience of 1-3 years preferred Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus Benefits Health plan options Dental Vision Employer paid life and disability Long-term care PTO and holidays 401k retirement match Discretionary performance bonus program Company Overview Consortium health plans is focused on BCBS national account growth.
