Key Responsibilities As an Associate Product Manager, your role will be essential in supporting the Engineering team. You will engage in a variety of projects focused on developing innovative solutions and improving team efficiency. Responsibilities include: • Crafting succinct requirements documents, specifications, and mock-ups for product ideas and concepts. • Enhancing the product backlog using insights from users, customer feedback, and team discussions. • Collaborating with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and effective execution of user needs. • Creating technical guides, release notes, and other crucial product documentation. • Investigating customer pain points, market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies. • Participating in all stages of the product lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and launch. • Providing guidance and product knowledge to the development team throughout the process. Required Skills Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a software development environment. • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, including crafting epics, user stories, and technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality. • Proven experience in building and managing relationships with multifunctional teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess: • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 1-3 years of relevant experience in software product management, business analysis, or project management. Compensation And Benefits This full-time remote position offers standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET/CT.
