About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Automation Developer. In this role, you will create efficient and reliable automation solutions using UiPath to optimize operational workflows. Your work will directly influence the performance and productivity of teams by designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows. Collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams will be key as you translate requirements into scalable automation solutions that align with the organization's objectives. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. • Design, develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. • Create maintainable automation solutions that align with business needs and best practices. • Work with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance automation capabilities. • Implement basic AI, machine learning, or natural language processing capabilities into workflows. • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support the production deployment of automation solutions. • Monitor and optimize automations for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. • Maintain documentation of workflows, configurations, and technical specifications. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. • 3-5 years of related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Understanding of process mining, process optimization, and workflow analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
