About the position AO Globe Life is actively seeking experienced professionals to serve veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or prospecting. All client meetings are warm, pre-scheduled leads provided directly to you. Responsibilities • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families. • Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options with clarity and professionalism. • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support. • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops. Requirements • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Reliable internet connection. • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access. Nice-to-haves • Background in benefits advising, sales, or client services. • Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, coachable, and mission-driven. • Comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital documentation tools. • A passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued.
