This role ensures operational accuracy and regulatory alignment, and contributes to process improvements through documentation and feedback. Responsibilities: • Review transaction monitoring alerts and investigations for accuracy and completeness. • Document QA findings and escalate issues to senior team members. • Assist in maintaining QA scorecards and reporting tools. • Support updates to AML procedures based on QA outcomes. • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to improve alert handling processes. • Participate in internal audit preparation and documentation. • Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating QA documentation. Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in AML/BSA compliance or quality assurance. • Familiarity with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and operational compliance. • Experience with AML systems (Unit21 preferred) and QA processes. • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team POSITION TYPE Regular PAY RANGE The targeted base salary for this position is $71,200 to $106,800 per year.
