Closers.io is a top-performing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a strong track record in B2B marketing agency sales. The role involves contacting US business prospects, generating sales-qualified leads, and booking meetings for the Account Executive while thriving in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. Responsibilities Contact US business prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Make 100+ outbound touches per day using proven cadences and messaging Research and compile highly targeted account/contact lists Craft and refine compelling outreach messages, email sequences, and offers Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week Book meetings between qualified prospects and your Account Executive Report on weekly/monthly sales activity and target metrics Skills 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR or cold-calling role preferred) Experience selling to small or mid-market B2B businesses Excellent phone presence, written communication, and follow-up skills Strong discovery and qualification abilities Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Grit, competitiveness, and a team-first mentality Comfort working in a structured, high-activity sales environment Benefits Paid onboarding and weekly sales training Access to high-converting scripts, lead data, and sales tech Performance-first culture that rewards effort and results Company Overview Closers.io is the industry leading sales training and recruitment company for coaches, consultants, course creators, marketing agencies, and other online service-based businesses.
