This position requires excellent customer service skills and a professional phone presence while adhering to program guidelines and procedures. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone presence Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures Skills Excellent customer service skills Professional phone presence Successful completion of a Level 2 background check Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Background Check: You are able to pass a Level 2 background check Candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities Benefits Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy the convenience and comfort of working from your home.
