[Remote] Call Center Inside Sales Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rollins, Inc. is a premier provider of pest control solutions, and they are seeking a Call Center Inside Sales Specialist. This role involves engaging with prospective customers to evaluate their pest situations and assist in defining appropriate pest management services through both inbound and outbound sales calls. Responsibilities Closing new business through inside sales to achieve budgeted goals Receiving inbound and making outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clients Presenting, proposing and selling the appropriate scope of pest management services Helping region/branch offices meet budget goals by setting appointments for all outside sales inspectors Scheduling client appointments for service Initiating outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales team Providing backup administrative support to local branches and assisting with special account adjustments Skills High school degree or equivalent, Associates strongly preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent phone etiquette and highly professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers Must be 18 years of age Benefits Comprehensive benefit package: medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, and more!
