Remote Construction Project Manager
Our large construction company is currently hiring for a Remote Construction Project Manager to join their team. This individual will start off by servicing a project on a Airforce base in Montana, which should last about 4 months, but then will move to projects servicing the mid-Atlantic region of the country. Travel as necessary to any projects is required, however all travel will be expensed. They expectations would be traveling to Montana 2 or 3 times between September & January. Main responsibilities include, managing a budget and a schedule, creating purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and working in Procore. This individual should have 5+ years of experience within the commercial construction space working as a project manager. Experience with project over 2 million dollars in size is required. Any background with school building construction or modular building construction is highly preferred.
