W e are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and eager to support our clients and internal operations from the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems and platforms. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide product/service information, resolve routine customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service and process improvement. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus). 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar administrative role. Excellent typing speed and attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
