The role involves leveraging an established network to drive growth and generate deals in the US real estate sector. Responsibilities • Has already built a partner network (in real estate or related fields: finance, investments, insurance, immigration). • Proven track record: “launched a partnership → onboarded 50+ brokers → delivered deals.” • Understands B2B mechanics and affiliate/agent programs. • Owns an established contact base: agents, brokers, agencies, investment advisors. • Can “call 5–10 known brokers today” and generate first deals immediately. • Skilled at “opening doors”: organizing meetings, webinars, speaking at events, negotiating partnerships, and closing deals. Skills • Has already built a partner network (in real estate or related fields: finance, investments, insurance, immigration). • Proven track record: 'launched a partnership → onboarded 50+ brokers → delivered deals.' • Understands B2B mechanics and affiliate/agent programs. • Owns an established contact base: agents, brokers, agencies, investment advisors. • Can 'call 5–10 known brokers today' and generate first deals immediately. • Skilled at 'opening doors': organizing meetings, webinars, speaking at events, negotiating partnerships, and closing deals. • Entrepreneurial mindset (not looking for a fixed salary). • Motivated by high commissions, understands that the commission model means uncapped income. • Seeking an international product that is well packaged and ready to scale. • Based in the USA, or has deep experience with the US real estate/investment market. • Understands cultural codes, legal aspects, and the language of communication with American brokers and investors.
