They are seeking a Healthcare Executive Advisory Board Member to guide strategy, growth, and innovation in their digital mental health initiatives, contributing 1–2 hours per month through virtual meetings and strategic discussions. Responsibilities • Advise on integrating behavioral and mental health services into internal medicine and primary care workflows. • Guide assessment & selection of tech / AI to support more sustainable working conditions for providers and a better experience for members (patients) • Provide insights and advise Owl Therapy on launching & scaling digital mental health services • Support the development of collaborative care models, digital tools, and clinical protocols. • Provide insight into outcome tracking, patient engagement, and evidence-based metrics. • Offer strategic guidance on telemedicine, clinical innovation, and responsible technology use in care. • Participate in advisory meetings (remote) and collaborate with other physician leaders and founders. • Connect us with local providers and partners to provide exceptional care coordination and seamless flow of documentation • Champion whole-person care that supports both patient and clinician well-being. Skills • Executive experience in healthcare, digital health, insurance, hospital systems, or care delivery innovation. • Proven track record in strategic leadership, partnerships, or venture development. • Strong communication, collaboration, and systems-thinking skills. • Passion for advancing equitable, accessible, and technology-enabled care models. • Understanding of value-based care, integrated delivery, or mental health ecosystem preferred.
