About the positionResponsibilities• Send authorization forms to members using the Fulfillment Order System• Review submitted forms to authenticate member identity and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements• Enter required data into clinical applications accurately and efficiently• Fulfill orders created by clinical teams by placing them in the Fulfillment Order System• Maintain tracking of received data and source documents• Verify and interpret data prior to entry and follow up on inconsistencies or incomplete submissions• File and route documents appropriately after data entry• Respond to inquiries related to entered dataRequirements• High school diploma or equivalent• High attention to detail and quality control• Strong organizational and time management skills• A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)• Ability to pass a background check and drug test• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-doorNice-to-haves• Large corporation experience• Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experienceBenefits• Weekly pay• Medical, dental, and vision coverage• Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage• Paid Training• Opportunity for advancement upon performance and availability Apply tot his job
