The HR Operations Manager will optimize HR services and processes, overseeing HR analytics, managing HRIS systems, and ensuring alignment across all HR functions. This role requires collaboration with the HR team and involves technology implementation and reporting responsibilities. Responsibilities • HRIS System Manager and Maintenance • HR Analytics and Metrics • Technology Implementation • Reporting and Analysis • EDI Feed Reconciliation • Collaboration with the HR Team Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and HRIS management, with hands-on Paycom experience required • Demonstrated expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and metrics • Strong working knowledge of Paycom modules, reporting, workflows, and integrations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Proven project management ability, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite Company Overview • Magna Legal Services is a legal services company specializing in legal support services.
