[Remote] Intake Advocate (PT Weekend)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tort Experts is an innovative legal case acquisition marketing company focused on connecting injured individuals with law firms. The Intake Advocate will be the first point of contact for potential claimants, guiding them through the screening process and assisting with initial forms and applications for legal assistance. Responsibilities • Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction • Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment • Consistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintained • Solve problems and maintain confidentiality • Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system • Use good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager’s or director’s attention immediately • Be expected to meet occupancy and adherence goals Skills • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred • Call center or BPO experience required • Legal intake experience required • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically • Ability to work remotely, and manage time and tasks with minimal supervision • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Commitment to providing excellent client service • Experience in mass tort law is a plus • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Company Overview • Tort Experts is a legal service firm that provides a platform to collaborate attorneys to claimants who need representation.
