[Remote] Manager, Paid Digital Marketing

The Manager of Paid Digital Marketing will oversee the day-to-day strategy and optimization of paid digital channels to drive patient acquisition through data-driven campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in managing paid campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Monitor and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI. • Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to lower CPA, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). • Work with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive engagement and conversions. • Develop robust A/B testing program to continuously improve on-page conversion and conduct regular incrementality testing to refine channel mix and bidding targets. • Deliver regular performance reports, highlight key insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results. • Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep campaigns competitive. Skills • 4+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns with hands-on-keyboard expertise. • Proven track record of lowering CPA and driving measurable acquisition results. • Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads Manager. • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated industries. • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications. • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing strategies. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
