[Remote] Online Project Manager - Market Research

ROS Research is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of online market research projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of online market research projects from proposal to final delivery • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates • Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively • Coordinate with internal teams (survey programming, data processing, analysis) and external vendors (panel providers, translation agencies, etc.) • Monitor fieldwork progress, track response rates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data quality • Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and client requirements • Perform quality checks on survey links, data, and reports before delivery • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and final deliverables for clients • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in online project management in market research industry • Strong understanding of online survey methodologies, sampling techniques, and panel management • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Familiarity with SPSS, R, or other data analysis software • Experience working with international clients and multi-country studies Company Overview • ROS Research offers data collection, online surveys, back-end-support, survey programming, data processing and quality control services.
