Now Hiring: Pediatric Physical Therapist (Early Intervention, OH Licensed) Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with a passion for helping young children and their families thrive? We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Ohio (OH) to support our growing Early Intervention (EI) program. At this time, we are only accepting applications from candidates with an active OH PT license. You will: • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental and physical therapy needs • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans • Provide engaging, family-centered teletherapy sessions • Empower parents through coaching and education • Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary EI team—including SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators • Document progress and contribute to ongoing team communication • Participate in professional development and team meetings What We’re Looking For • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Active OH state license (required at this time) • Experience in early intervention or pediatric settings • Strong understanding of family-centered and neurodiversity-informed practices • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Teletherapy experience preferred • A genuine passion for helping children and families grow and thrive About Glow Bright Therapy Glow Bright Therapy is a pediatric telehealth practice specializing in early intervention and parent empowerment.
