This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients, conducting benefits verifications, and managing inquiries in a fast-paced contact-center environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy Conduct benefits verifications and reimbursement inquiries, documenting outcomes clearly in tracking systems Process patient applications and determine program eligibility to ensure timely access to therapy Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, fast-paced contact-center environment Educate patients on available access options and provide guidance on next steps in their treatment journey Skills High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or similar environment Familiarity with US healthcare or reimbursement programs is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey empathy Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role Familiarity with multiple systems and technology platforms Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others Ability to maintain focus and composure while working on the phone throughout the day Benefits Eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
