They are seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects, including Epic implementations and vendor collaborations, ensuring effective resource management and cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines, priorities, and outcomes to organizational goals • Manage resources and workload effectively by balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones • Facilitate clear and impactful communication by tailoring messages to diverse audiences, facilitating alignment, providing project updates, and guiding stakeholders through project risks and decisions • Collaborate across members, teams and vendors to resolve challenges proactively, foster mutual accountability, and ensure successful project outcomes • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement by optimizing processes, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement across teams, projects, and solutions • Other duties as assigned Skills • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Ambulatory and Acute Care installs preferred- preference will be given to candidates with this experience • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred • Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required Benefits • We offer a comprehensive range of benefits.
