The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with various teams to support homeowners in their financial goals. Responsibilities • Providing best-in-class, end-to-end customer experiences from inbound lead to close • Discovering individual seller motivation and matching our Sale-Leaseback product to their needs • Managing pipeline activity in Salesforce • Sharing key learnings with team members to increase team success • Partnering with teams across the business including Transaction Managers, Marketing and Real Estate • Serving as a brand ambassador to customers, partners, and other stakeholders Skills • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in a metric-driven environment • Ability to build strong rapport over the phone • Ability to learn our product and process and educate customers • Proficient in CRM tools • Experience in Real Estate or Business Development is a plus • Ability to obtain a license (Licensed Real estate agent preferred) Benefits • Competitive benefits and compensation, including 401(k) w/match • Generous PTO and paid holidays Company Overview • Provider of a suite of services, helping seniors access the value of their homes.
