Responsibilities • Ensure timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information. • Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging. • Track team recognition, ensuring robust forms of acknowledging employee achievements. • Work closely with the product corporate supply chain team to write and finalize monthly and annual newsletters. Skills • Experience in business/supply chain is a strong preference. • Time management skills. • Strong writing and storytelling abilities. • Creative and influential marketing plans for employee engagement. • Communication plan development. • Experience working in a global team, handling diverse time zones and audiences. • Technical proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage, and AI experience for automating or standardizing communication processes. • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. • Understanding of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. • 2-4 years of related experience required. • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
