The role involves educating and guiding customers through the insurance process, making outbound calls to warm leads, and meeting sales targets while maintaining a positive company representation. Responsibilities Joining daily huddles to get everyone on the same page as a team Receiving regular training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills Making outbound calls to provided warm leads Persuade people to talk to salespeople to explore options Meeting with your manager as needed to discuss anything you would like Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (500+ calls - Tech makes it easy!) Gather information to create customer profiles and maintain our CRM Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client Skills Self-starter Competitive Hunter mentality Tenacity Passion for people Ability to connect with customers and uncover their needs Ability to communicate respectfully Integrity Willingness to hold oneself accountable Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily (500+ calls) Ability to gather information to create customer profiles and maintain CRM Ability to transfer hot leads to the Sales teams Ability to represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client Benefits Vacation – We start everyone with 9 days with more days added with tenure.
