[Remote] Remote Sales Development Representative (Bilingual - French & English)

They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to grow their customer base by identifying and qualifying new deals, while effectively communicating their value proposition. Responsibilities Identify and establish strong relationships with prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities New Business Development: make 25-40 calls/emails daily to cold leads, and warm leads Act as the first point of contact for prospects and nurture the sales cycle through to qualification Conduct market research to identify potential new customers Schedule appointments between potential customers and Regional Sales Managers ensuring a smooth transition Respond to prospective customers’ inquiries via telephone, e-mail, video conferencing or other preferred methods of contact Effectively handle prospects objections over the telephone Track progress of all leads and maintain accurate information in our CRM database Provide customer and product feedback to Regional Sales Managers Skills 1-3 years of experience in an Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar role Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal) required Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Experience selling to business decision makers and managers Experience consultatively pitching a solution to targeted client needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Manages time exceptionally well with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Results-oriented and driven to overcome customer objections Highly energetic and confidently engages with people Experience in the Automotive field is an asset Experience using CRM software, HubSpot preferred Benefits Company-paid flexible benefits options Fun events (virtual and in-person) Half day Fridays all year round Sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results Exchange statutory holidays for cultural holidays throughout the year Quarterly company-wide Lunch & Learns Financial support with professional development Paid volunteer time off 24/7 confidential counselling via an Employee Assistance Program Company-paid benefits (health, dental, vision and more) Group Retirement Savings Plan Deferred Profit Sharing Plan Company Overview AutoVerify helps dealers better connect with car shoppers as they do their research online.
