Remote Sales Representative (Call Center) FL CannaMD Training Department Description CannaMD - Florida’s Premier Medical Marijuana Clinic At CannaMD, we are passionate about empowering Florida residents to improve their quality of life through the evidence-based application of medical cannabis. We are seeking motivated, empathetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Patient Liaisons (Sales Representatives). This is a remote, performance-based sales role that plays a vital part in our patients’ journey to wellness. Position Overview • Starting Pay: $16/hr • Weekend Differential: +$1/hr on Saturday or Sunday • Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $3,300 for top sales performers + other incentives Work Schedule • Required Weekend Shift: Either Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Weekday Shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Subject to change) • Location: Remote (Florida residents only) What You’ll Do This section outlines what the role entails on a daily basis. Examples include: • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to assist and schedule patients • Promote CannaMD services through personalized sales pitches • Process payments and update patient records in CRM/EMR systems • Educate patients on Florida’s medical marijuana process • Respond to emails and internal chats promptly • Achieve daily and monthly performance quotas • Collaborate with team members via Zoom and internal communication tools This is a competitive sales role that requires consistent achievement of both daily and monthly performance quotas. Examples include: Hard Skills • Ability to multitask across multiple programs and browser tabs • Proficiency with Google Suite and Zoom • Experience using CRM/EMR platforms (preferred) • Strong ability to overcome sales objections and effectively build value • Strong typing and data entry accuracy Soft Skills • Excellent communication and phone etiquette • Empathetic and patient-centered mindset • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting • Reliable, goal-oriented, and driven by performance metrics Position Requirements • Must reside in Florida • Must have a quiet, private home workspace • Minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload internet connection • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM, webcam, and reliable headset • Prior sales experience preferred • Must be comfortable with phone-heavy work and a performance-driven environment Training & Benefits • ~60–80 hours of paid training, including experience-based learning and industry certifications • Full-time benefits (for qualifying team members): • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • HIPAA Certification • Free medical marijuana evaluation (if eligible under Florida law) Why CannaMD?
