We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our diverse tribe of creatives, brand strategists, technologists, problem-solvers, colorists, listeners, coaches, farmers, and musicians. While this is a hybrid/remote role, you must live within driving distance of the Atlanta office for occasional meetings and team functions as needed. As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards while adhering to defined schedules and budgets. Your role will be critical in overseeing project progress, coordinating with team members, and interfacing with clients to guarantee all their requirements are met satisfactorily. In this role, you will: • Manage and deliver complex projects, from initial concept through final implementation • Foster an environment of continuous improvement through Disciplined Agile practices • Facilitate scrum events and other meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective, backlog refinement) • Guide and coach the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring a high level of performance is maintained • Track project milestones, deliverables, and change requests to ensure successful implementation and rollout • Coordinate cross-functional team members and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers • Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans • Provide technical oversight, advising on issues that may impact project success • Help train and support junior PMs in the creation of project timelines and task Requirements • DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master) certification is required • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in creative or digital marketing agencies • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and principles, and a strong understanding of website and app development life cycle models • Strong technical background, with experience in managing digital marketing projects such as SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities • Ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate teams, prioritize relationships, and work with a positive attitude • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done • Able to modify processes to match client size & scope • Have a firm understanding of Yalo’s product offerings and capabilities • Contribute insight, feedback, and probing questions during internal meetings • Maintain a healthy ‘storm the beach’ attitude, paired with a sense of humor Benefits • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) • Short Term & Long Term Disability • Work From Home • Free Food & Snacks • Wellness Resources Expected salary: Location: Atlanta, GA Job date: Wed, 16 Aug 2023 22:39:43 GMT Apply for the job now!
