The role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery patterns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate data collection across various platforms. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns. • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations. • Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization. • Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection. • Leverage cloud concepts (GCP, Azure, etc.) for discovery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards. Skills • Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience. • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. • Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx). • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure. • Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications (mandatory).
