[Remote] SVP, Engagement Strategy

The SVP, Engagement Strategy will drive the development of holistic strategies and lead the Engagement Strategy team, ensuring alignment with client goals and user experiences across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities • Develop omnichannel engagement strategies that align with brand objectives. You'll use your deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to build a clear path to success. • Partner with internal teams and clients to define brand footprints across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user experiences. • Create activation briefs and content strategy plans, and provide input for project briefs across digital, social, CRM, and experiential platforms. • Lead the collaboration between account, strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure integrated planning and seamless execution. • Oversee and partner with the team on key deliverables, including: • Personas • Customer Journeys • Engagement Plans • Omnichannel Plans • Activation Briefs • Measurement Plans • Act as a source of "out-of-the-box" experiential thinking, leveraging insights from various industries, new innovations, and first-in-class experiences. • Guide Brand Planning ideation, ensuring all tactical ideas are purposeful, grounded in engagement strategy, and cohesive. Skills • You have 12-15 years of marketing experience in the multi-channel digital space. • You have 5-10 years of experience in the pharma or healthcare industry, working with HCPs, patients, and consumers. • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or consultancy. • You are a proven and articulate storyteller who can present complex information in a compelling way. • You are comfortable moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution. • You have demonstrated experience building, managing, and growing a functional team of experts. • You have significant management and supervisory experience. Education Requirements • You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. • A master’s degree is preferred.
