[Remote] Temporary Administrative Assistant – Finance Team

They are seeking two Temporary Administrative Assistants to support their Finance Team, primarily focusing on compliance support and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Assist with compliance activities, including reviewing and maintaining required documentation. • Prepare and send offer letters to candidates as directed. • Pull and organize compliance profiles for review and upload them to our internal data repository. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team. • Participate in various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed. Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong Excel skills are required (data entry, formatting, basic formulas). • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Prior administrative experience preferred, especially in a professional or corporate environment.
