Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline by engaging with prospective customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities Leverage technology such as outreach.io, gong, and salesforce to help automate your sales efforts Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts provided by AEs or your Sales Manager Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team Conduct outreach through various channels such as email, phone, and social media Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales messaging and strategies Utilize sales tools and technology to track and report on sales activities and progress Continuously improve the sales development process and contribute to the growth of the sales organization Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1+ years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales for an enterprise software company Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects and customers Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Knowledge of the enterprise construction software market and related technologies is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a fast-growing company Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents Unlimited and flexible vacation policy We support work/life balance and offer generous paid parental and new child bonding leave A day set aside each month to allow employees to recharge We provide recurring fitness classes, meditation/ mindfulness tools, virtual therapy, and family planning assistance We encourage continued education and will help cover the cost of management training, conferences, workshops, or certifications Company Overview Hover is a 3D data and technology company for home improvement and property insurance professionals.
