Responsibilities As a Freelance Sales Executive, your role will include: Lead Generation • Research and analyze prospects to understand their business and evaluate why they would be a good client. • Identify potential clients based on specific criteria (e.g., company size, industry, location). • Build sales funnels that effectively guide leads through the qualification and scheduling process. • Qualify leads by gathering essential details, such as decision-maker contacts and event planning needs. Outreach and Campaign Management • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email or phone using approved templates and strategies. • Utilize tools like Lemlist, SalesLoft, or other B2B outreach platforms integrated with CRM systems to automate and enhance outreach. • Schedule qualified meetings with prospects, ensuring alignment with the provided availability. CRM and Tracking • Use CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to log lead details and track outreach progress. • Provide clear and organized records of outreach activities, including booked meetings and campaign metrics. Compliance and Confidentiality • Handle all client and lead information with strict confidentiality and professionalism. • Avoid engagement with existing clients or leads managed by other team members. Requirements • Passion for Sales: A strong enthusiasm for connecting with clients and generating new opportunities. • Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to properly research and analyze prospects to understand their needs and potential as clients. • B2B Outreach Tools: Proficiency with tools like Lemlist, SalesLoft, or similar platforms and ownership of an account that integrates with CRM systems. • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). • Language Skills: Native or bilingual English speaker with exceptional writing skills for crafting professional and engaging outreach messages. • Sales Funnels and Campaigns: Proven ability to design and manage sales funnels and targeted outreach campaigns. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • A proactive, results-driven approach to securing meetings. Advantages • Language Skills: Native proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is an advantage. • Previous Experience: Background in event sourcing, B2B sales, or hospitality is a plus.
