Trusted Ally Home Care is a growing multi-state home care agency that specializes in providing nursing and home health aide services. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the direct care staff scheduling for TAHC Home Care clients and staff. Responsibilities Understands and adheres to established TAHC Home Care policies and procedures Develops, implements, and adjusts scheduling procedures to optimize agency, caregiver, and client needs Creates and maintains up-to-date staff schedules via Google Spreadsheets, IGEA platform and other systems Provides scheduling of staff for call outs, sick leave, vacation, long-term leave Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes Maintains call–off report, monitoring caregiver call-offs and reasons Identifies caregiver team challenges and communicates problem and proposed solutions to the Director of Nursing Schedules in advance, Reauthorization Nursing visits in IGEA within 15 days from the end of each 60-day IGEA certification period Monitors caregiver hours worked by week and minimizes scheduling shifts that put caregivers into Overtime pay Skills H.S. Diploma or GED Home Care experience required Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite and Scheduling program Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-Starter able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote capacity Brings a proactive, goal-driven focus to the role, identifying issues and solutions as early as possible to scale scheduling procedures for agency growth Prior scheduling experience preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k, unlimited PTO benefits package included.
