Senior Finance Analyst; CPG​/E-Commerce Brand

About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our client, a CPG/e-commerce snack & candy brand. In this role, you will help build the financial foundation of a fast-growing US-based snack company. This role supports strategic finance, cross-functional planning, cash flow management, as the company scales across DTC and retail. You’ll work directly with the Head of Finance on analysis, modeling, and execution. The role blends strategy and finance to turn data into decisions and help us scale across DTC and retail. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and eager to learn how finance drives growth in a fast-moving CPG startup. Responsibilities • Strategic Finance : Build dynamic financial models that connect revenue drivers, margin levers, and cash flow needs across all channels • Cash Flow & Liquidity Management : Help maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast with full visibility into inflows and outflows • Ad-Hoc Projects : Support cost optimization, pricing strategy, and capital allocation initiatives as the business scales • Other : This is a startup, so no task is too big or too small.
