This position is located in Bucharest, Romania. • You will work in one of our interdisciplinary SAP teams with colleagues from out Hamburg and Bucharest office. • In your role, you will independently manage and implement SAP projects and changes in the procurement area. • Your essential tasks include the IT support of: • Procurement/Purchasing (cross-category: Coffee, Non-Food, indirect procurement) • Inventory & Valuation • You will consistently implement SAP Best Practices and be responsible for the governance of standard MM processes across all purchasing processes, inventory management/valuation, and supplier processes, driving standardization and a Clean Core with a standard-first approach and making well-founded decisions regarding standard versus enhancement. • Furthermore, you will actively drive innovation and design as well as optimize process flows using new technologies. • At Tchibo, we migrated to SAP S/4HANA years ago – you will continue to advance the expansion of our SAP MM processes. • You will take on responsibility within the transformation of our entire IT landscape towards the latest technologies. • As a networker, you will be in close exchange with SAP and other SAP customers to coordinate further developments and innovations. Your profile: You keep reinventing us. • A successfully completed university degree with a focus on information technology or a comparable qualification. • Several years of project and professional experience with a focus on SAP MM, as well as end-to-end process expertise in P2P, inventory management/valuation, and supplier management; further knowledge in integration with non-SAP systems and in the SAP QM module is desirable. • Clean Core mindset and understanding of architecture: standard vs. extension decisions, API and event-driven integrations, authorization and role concepts. • In-depth knowledge of process analysis, technology design, configuration, and go-live within SAP applications. • Technical affinity: Fiori and basic ABAP knowledge for design reviews (no development focus). • Willingness and desire to actively shape the transformation of our IT landscape. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as very good German and English language skills. • The ability to be on-site at our Bucharest office two days a week.
