Senior Manager – Compliance Testing and Monitoring Strategy

As a Senior Manager of Compliance Testing and Monitoring Strategy at Discover Financial Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable regulations. You will be responsible for managing a team of compliance professionals, assessing and mitigating the risk of regulatory non-compliance, coordinating with other departments to ensure consistency in compliance testing and monitoring, and reporting on the overall compliance status of the organization.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing in a financial services environment. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly analyze and interpret data. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of financial services laws, regulations, and best practices.
