Senior Yelp Marketing Consultant – U.S. Based Expert with Direct Yelp Relationships

We are seeking an experienced Yelp consultant who has direct, meaningful relationships within Yelp and a proven track record of resolving complex account and visibility issues. This is a high-paying consulting engagement for the right person who can deliver results quickly and effectively. Our company operates consumer service businesses across the U.S. and have had issues with getting the “right person” in Yelp at the phone to hand issues with our accounts. Yelp is a key source of discovery for our business, and over the past several months we have encountered serious issues that require expert intervention. Our Yelp accounts have been repeatedly suspended for alleged “spamming” activity, and we have been unable to get clear communication or resolution through Yelp’s normal support channels. In addition, a significant number of authentic, verified client reviews are being filtered or buried, which is having a major negative impact on our online visibility and reputation. We need a senior consultant who can: • Reestablish open communication with Yelp and help restore full account stability. • Advise on Yelp’s internal review filtering and moderation systems. • Leverage existing personal or professional connections within Yelp’s corporate, partnership, or community teams to accelerate resolution. Requirements: • Must be U.S. based with proven experience managing Yelp accounts for multi-location businesses. • Demonstrated success resolving Yelp suspensions, filtered review problems, or visibility declines. • Strong understanding of Yelp’s internal processes, review moderation, and business support structures. Preferred Qualifications: • Former Yelp employee or consultant with access to internal contacts. • Experience working directly with Yelp business development, support, or community management teams. • Prior success restoring or protecting Yelp profiles for service-based or brick-and-mortar businesses.
